These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and PlayPK ("PlayPK", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at https://playpk.cam ("Platform"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the PlayPK Platform, including its sports betting content, live casino information, slots, instant games, promotional materials and any associated support services.

PlayPK is an English-language online betting information and gaming platform specifically designed for users in Pakistan. The Platform serves players across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and other locations throughout the country. All content is presented in English.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the PlayPK website at https://playpk.cam and all associated pages, subdomains, applications and services operated by PlayPK.
• "User" / "you" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a User upon completing the registration process on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by the operator to comply with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency used for balance display and eligible transactions on the Platform where supported.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, matched deposit, or other incentive offered by PlayPK subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Prohibited User" means any individual who is under the minimum eligible age, located in a restricted jurisdiction, or otherwise ineligible to use the Platform under these Terms or applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn, as specified in the applicable promotional terms.

By accessing, browsing or using any part of the PlayPK Platform — including creating an Account, placing bets, playing casino games, or interacting with any promotional content — you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, where applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register and use an Account on PlayPK, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust or other legal entity.
2. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Being 18 years of age does not on its own confirm that gambling is lawful in your location.
3. You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
4. You are not a Prohibited User as defined in these Terms.
5. You are not an employee, officer, director, agent or contractor of PlayPK, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
6. You have not previously been excluded from using the Platform or had an Account suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms.
7. You are legally competent to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

PlayPK takes age verification seriously. Any User found to be under the eligible age will have their Account immediately suspended, all associated winnings forfeited, and deposits returned to the extent required by applicable law.

Each User may hold only one (1) registered Account on the PlayPK Platform. Registering duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid email address. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. PlayPK will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify PlayPK immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

PlayPK is required to verify the identity of its users in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be required to provide documentary evidence of identity and address at any point during your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g. CNIC, passport, driver's licence).
• Proof of residential address (e.g. a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g. a copy of the bank card or mobile wallet statement used for deposits).
• Source of funds documentation where required by the operator's compliance team.

PlayPK reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account activity pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and, where legally required, reporting to relevant authorities.

All deposits and withdrawals on the PlayPK Platform are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed in your account cashier at the time of the transaction. These limits may change without prior notice. PlayPK does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific payment method.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. PlayPK does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The processing time for withdrawals varies depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required verification checks.

All deposits must come from a source that you legally own. PlayPK is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank, mobile wallet provider or payment processor in connection with transactions made on the Platform.

PlayPK may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the offer and are incorporated into these Terms.

General bonus conditions that apply unless otherwise stated in the promotional terms include:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they or associated winnings become withdrawable. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion.
• Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• Bonuses are available to eligible users only. PlayPK reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotional terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses obtained through the creation of multiple accounts, use of automated tools, collusion, or other fraudulent means will be forfeited and the associated accounts suspended.
• PlayPK reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time where it is necessary to do so for technical, legal or operational reasons.

All sports bets, casino wagers and other game stakes placed on the PlayPK Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, game type or event. These rules are accessible within the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms.

PlayPK reserves the right to void any bet or wager where it is determined that the bet was placed in error, at incorrect odds, following a technical fault, or in circumstances constituting match-fixing, insider information or other irregular activity. Bets are not settled until the relevant event or game round has been fully completed and the result officially confirmed.

Cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals, ICC tournaments and bilateral Test series involving Pakistan — are subject to specific cricket betting rules published within the sports section of the Platform. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced in overs, or decided by Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method, settlement rules specific to that event type will apply.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the PlayPK Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or under any alias or third-party identity.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are a minor or otherwise ineligible to participate in gambling activities.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, technical errors or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software to access or interact with the Platform without explicit written authorisation from PlayPK.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting or any activity that is dishonest, fraudulent or unlawful.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to conceal their origin, or using the Platform for any financially illicit purpose.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing PlayPK staff, support agents or other users.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gambling limit or self-exclusion restriction by registering a new account.

All content on the PlayPK Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, data compilations, software, game interfaces, odds data and design elements — is the property of PlayPK or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of PlayPK.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PlayPK, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

PlayPK does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. PlayPK expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

In no event shall PlayPK's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PlayPK holds its operating licence, to the extent such laws do not conflict with mandatory applicable local law.

PlayPK makes no representation that the Platform or any content thereon is appropriate for use or available in all locations. Users who choose to access the Platform from Pakistan or any other jurisdiction do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all local laws and regulations.

Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with procedures specified by PlayPK's licensing authority, where applicable.

PlayPK reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending an email to the address registered on your Account.

The "Last updated" date shown at the top of this document reflects when the most recent changes were made. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Account closure requests can be submitted through the Platform's support channels.
